G)從智慧程式到智慧
本能程式中，一個外在變數（源訊息）只會引發生命體的一個反應（例如聽到聲音而張望），亦即只有一種蛋白質會被即時組合出來。智慧程式的層次卻較高：面對同一個源訊息，智慧程式能提供多於一項方案（例如聽到聲音卻不動聲色而等待進一步的訊息而做出更精確的反應）。
另外，當智慧程式接受到兩個或以上的源訊息時，能夠將之整合成一個全然不同的次級鏡像訊息，鏡像訊息加上次級鏡像訊息，又是一個更複雜、更高級的鏡像訊息。智慧程式更可能只利用已經建立的（或次級、或更高級）鏡像訊息組合出更高級複雜的高級鏡像訊息。由於蛋白質和DNA擁有數碼屬性，因此透過智慧程式合成蛋白質或編輯相應DNA的機制，人的思維和聯想能力，在理論上便會是無窮無盡、更遠離源訊息，這一點正是造成精神和客觀事物脫節的不可思議情節。
但是實際上由於程式的架構有限，因此哪怕是絕頂聰明的人，思維也非永無止境。就像若將一塊塊磚頭堆疊成塔，理論上是可以一直地不停堆上去，但實際上仍會被堆磚頭的工人的身高所限 去到某個高度，工人連再放多一塊磚頭的能力也欠奉。那就是智慧程式的架構對思維的限制。架構的限制，即建立次級鏡像訊息的能力只是其中一項，但卻可通過工具，例如電腦而拓展智慧程式的虛擬架構。第一級鏡像訊息來源於源訊息，因此接觸的源訊息量，即閱歷的限制是第二項因素，這個限制往往來自性格，也來自社會條件。蛋白質程式體系有一套標準的應對外界和自身變化的程序嗎？當應對偏離標準，應該是蛋白質程式體系出錯了。
正如上面說過，智慧程式的架構是承襲自父母。各人智慧程式架構差別不會太大，synapse的數量倍數在個體之間相差在10²之內，也許相對於10的十四次方並不大。而本能程式對建立智慧程式內涵的影響巨大，發育期的勤快和懶散（這都是本能程式對特定動作的反應，和 reward 的neurotransmitter分泌量enforce learning密切相關 ）、社會教育的區別已經可以使智慧程式內涵有級數的差別了。一個優良的本能程式對一個人的才華起決定性的作用，這正是EQ比IQ更能決定一個人才華。優良的智慧程式沒有優良的本能程式配套也一樣成為庸才。而這一點也構成了各個人對同一個訊息形成五花八門的反應，造成了複雜的往往無法取得共識的社會問題，因而人的智慧程式還沒有辦法解決自己的社會問題。人和人之間的智慧差別因素非常復雜，其中狼孩[68]是典型的例子。智慧程式的架構的10²差別對「智慧」的影響肯定存在。譬如說，聰明的人最多可以組合出源自八個鏡像訊息的蛋白質（八次元），但智慧較低的人，要他們處理好四個鏡像訊息、製造出四次元的蛋白質已是極限。
若以二進制的位元矩陣為例，
四次元(n=4)的結果有16個，八次元(n=8)則是256個。若面對同一個源訊息，一人只有16個聯想（註：看見「獅子」後，動物、肉食性、危險、草原、奔跑等就是其聯想），另外一人卻有256個聯想。至此二人的智慧高下立見。再舉一比喻 萬花筒：智慧高的人的萬花筒的鏡子的數目，比智慧低的要高，所以當同一個源訊息掉進萬花筒裡，所產生的鏡像的數目就會相差千里。
如果將由一個源訊息或鏡像訊息，按位元矩陣逐步演化成兩個、三個、四個，最終得出最有利的結果的稱為「指引思維」；那麼像萬花筒，投入源訊息能一下子帶出很多鏡像訊息的便是所謂的「福至心靈」。
另外，智慧程式內有不同的子架構，分別由不同的腦區負責，正如智慧亦包括藝術、音樂、算術和自然科學等不同範疇。在同一個人裡，各個子架構的規模也會不同，正如一個在音樂上很有才華的人，卻全非數學方面的料子。

G)From “Intelligence Program” to “Intelligence”
Instinctive Program only gives one single response after receiving one external stimulus (Original Message). For instant, a man looks around when he hears a sound. In other words, only one instruction is made immediately. The level of Intelligence Program is higher. It offers more than one solutions when facing one Original Message. For instant, a man hears a sound but he stays calm and waits for further information so as to make a more appropriate response.
Furthermore, when Intelligence Program receives two or more Original Messages, it can integrate them into a higher grade Mirror Message which is totally different. When Mirror Message combines with higher grade Mirror Message, an even more sophisticated and higher grade Mirror Message will be produced. As proteins and DNA have codes property, they can combine and create proteins of infinite variations. Or, those neurons representing different Mirror Messages are connected, creating a high grade Mirror Message. And this new Mirror Message may, apparently, not have any relation with the initial Original Message(s). Hence theoretically, the thinking, imagination or abstract thinking of human is unlimited. This could account for the dissociation of thoughts and objective facts often occur in our daily life.
Nonetheless practically, due to the limitation (such as the limitation of differentiation of neurons by one individual in his life or by homo sapiens in evolution) of the framework of Intelligence Program, there are still boundaries of the thoughts of human, even for an extremely clever individual. Take an example, when we try to build a tower with bricks, theoretically we can keep building it up to the sky, by putting new bricks onto the tower continuously, yet practically, the whole procedure will be limited by the height of the worker i.e. sooner or later, up to a certain height, the worker will be unable to put even one more brick onto the tower. This is the constraint of “thinking” imposed by the framework of Intelligence Program. However with the aid of tools like computers, human can somewhat extend the framework of their Intelligence Program.
However beside the limitation imposed by the framework, exposure to the outside world is another limitation. Primary Mirror Messages are established based on Original Messages i.e. objects and events of the real world. Thereby the more a person is exposed to, the more Original Messages he can receive and hence the more Mirror Messages he can potentially make in his Intelligence Program. This limitation is sometimes affected by the character of a person. It is also influenced by the society.
As mentioned before, the framework of Intelligence Program is inherited from parents. However in real life, the variation of the framework of Intelligence Program from person to person may not be so great. Among different individuals, the difference between the numbers of synapses in the body should not exceed 100 times (102). Perhaps when compared with the average number of total synapses in a person (i.e. 1014) (73), the difference is never a big deal.
In fact, Instinctive Program exerts great impact on the enrichment of the contents of Intelligence Program. Whether an individual is hardworking or lazy (affected by Instinctive Program i.e. mechanism of “reinforcement learning”, which has been discussed above) during puberty and the education discrepancy already make a big difference to the Intelligence Program. Hence a good Instinctive Program plays a critical roles in determining a person’s brilliance. That is why EQ is usually considered more important than IQ in determining a person’s brilliance. Without the augmentation of a well-functioning Instinctive Program, one will only be an ordinary person even he/she has an excellent Intelligence Program.
People have different Instinctive and Intelligence Programs, this creates the situation that different people in the society always hold different opinions and most of the time they would insist on their own. Therefore currently human, using their own Intelligence Program, still do not have the method to solve their own social problems.
The factors that would potentially affect the intelligence of human are complicated. The story of the two wolf-children (74) is a classic example. Although not tremendous, the 100 times difference between Intelligence Programs does make a difference on “Intelligence”. For instant, the clever ones can at most generate a protein originated from eight Mirror Messages (i.e. 8-bit), whereas for the ones who are less clever, it might already be too much if they are asked to handle four Mirror Messages or make a “4-bit protein”.
Let us take binary system as an example (Byte Matrix):
4-bit produces 16 outcomes while 8-bit produces 256. Facing the same Original Message, if only 16 ideas come up in the mind of person A (Note: after seeing “lion”, animal, predator, dangerous, grassland, running are the possible ideas.), while 256 ideas come up in the mind of person B, the intelligence of person B is clearly much higher than that of person A. Kaleidoscope is another suitable example. The intelligence of a person is reflected by the number of the mirror that he/she has. So when the same Original Message falls into the kaleidoscope of a highly intelligent and a low intelligent person respectively, the number of images produced would be much different.
If an Original Message or a Mirror Message is changed to two (from pro to con such as elements “1” to “0” in Byte Matrix), three or four (a pair of digits from pro and con such as elements “10” and “01”) high-grade Mirror Messages step-by-step, and ultimately comes up with the most optimal solution, this process is called “guided-thinking”. On the contrary, like the kaleidoscope, if many Mirror Messages are generated at one time by a single Original Message, this is similar to “brainstorm” or “sudden inspiration”.
Moreover, different aspects of Instinctive Program and Intelligence Program are controlled by different sectors of the brain. As we all know, Instinctive Program includes the areas of art (vision, dimensionality, motion and their composition), music (audio, rhythm and their composition) and sports (limited by Instinctive Program), while Intelligence includes the areas of arithmetic, natural science and social science etc. In one single person, the “grading” of all the sub-frameworks of his/her Program differs. It is not uncommon to see a person who is talented in sport but a complete laity in arithmetic and vice versa.
